We experienced that there is a growing need to build by using prefabricated parts like aluminium and steel plate kits, plywood interiors, building frames for Glass Fibre Wood core, DuraKore, DuFLEX and GRP moulds and 3D milled items like rudders and keel moulds.
In co-operation with subcontractors worldwide complete kits can be supplied to the yacht builders to avoid high transport expenses and a long delivery time. This includes not only the NC-cut parts but also the required profiles like flat bars, angle bars, round bars at standard trade lengths if required. In a few cases we are able to supply the machine specific CNC marking and cutting data only.
Further on we will offer interior plywood kits as well as 3D surface definition of rudders, keels and other complicated shaped items of yachts.
